Im trying to build an OPC server to connect all the plant PLCS to a custom interface ive also built.

My problem is im currently using RSLinx as an OPC server but want to make my own, ive checked the RSS page and i see that there is an example OPC server there but when i try to download it, it says I dont have permission.  Any advice on how to get my hands on that sample VB code?
