Pub/Sub Configuration Tool / MQTT|OPC UA Implementation: Stacks, Tools, and Samples|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hello,

i am currently working with opc-ua and sinumerik 840D. I am able to subscribe to events/alarms. Now i want to try to get alarms and events via pub/sub specification of opc-ua with mqtt. I am not a developer of the server. I am working as customer on the client side.

I am wondering that i won’t find mutch documentation and tools about that. That means a have a few questions about that:

– Are there only the sample applications on github as “documentation” for things and especially opc-ua over mqtt?

– What free configuration tool is recommended to configure pub/sub ? Or is it possible to upload configuration via the sdk?

– Do someone else configure opc-ua via mqtt on siemens sinumerik 840D / Siemens S7?
