My answer assumes you are on Windows.
The KEPServerEX (https://www.kepware.com/produc…..pserverex/ ) has a driver model (i.e. supports many different protocols), and acts as OPC DA and OPC UA Server.
In order to access it: If you plan to integrate OPC client piece into your project, have a look at QuickOPC (http://www.opclabs.com/products/quickopc ) . Disclaimer: This part is a self-promotion.
